Westmed is proud to be the primary Ambulance provider for UCSF Children's Hospital of Oakland, Providing Neonate and Pediatric Critical Care and general transportation for one of the largest children's hospitals in California. Westmed also provides the largest footprint of Neonate and Pediatric Advance transport in the Bay Area, providing this essential service to five major hospital systems. Westmed also provides primary transportation services at all levels for Santa Clara county and other area hospital systems. We are also proud of our Paramedic division providing private Emergency and back-up 911 service to Santa Clara county.

Summary
Provide basic medical care and transport. Administers first aid treatment to and transports sick or injured persons to medical facility, working as member of emergency medical teams by performing the following duties.

Westmed ambulance service is located in the San Francisco Bay communities of San Leandro and Sunnyvale California. We are looking for EMT’s with 6 months or more of experience who are interested in working two week on/two week off cycles of either 5/12 or 6/12 hour day or night assignments.
